This last quarter was my worst one. I had one large deal actually de-book because our product team missed a deliverable and the customer had an out clause if that happened. Went from 105% to a little over 50%.

I am already in the process of exploring external options so not too hurt but definitely annoyed at the lack of commission I will be getting lol. Good thing the real number that matters is the annual attainment...

not including ramp up periods, 35% was the worst i've had and it was in april of 2020. mainly because of the pandemic, but i also didn't work very much during this time so my numbers dropped
