The War Room
🤔Worth it to steal competitor's employees?
🧢 Sales Management
Have you ever done it? What did you learn? Were you poached yourself!?
Tell me about your experience.
Regional Sales Director
Once. Purely depends on his/her need to jump out
Plus, motivation levels may not be too high as they feel they have an upper hand than the organisation itself.
Senior Account Executive
Can you really “steal” employees?
If they leave then probably were already considering jumping ship.
Now if you bait and switch em and they’re not better off than they were before they left then shame on you.
Karma is a biotch.
Oh yea I noticed a competitor is investing heavily on poaching us like everyone in the company has been approached by the same recuiter haha it was very funny. That said one is leaving to join them.
But think about... cheaper to hire them than to buy the company haha so I guess probably yea
Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
Are they good employees who you're gonna compensate in a way that they'll be motivated to do well? Then yeah.
When would this ever be a bad thing?
When a prospect says they're happy with their current vendor
Calculate your worth to your company
I'm severely underpaid. I signed another offer & resigned. They're begging me to stay...
