This is a tough one! I went with 100% remote because I just feel like getting to be home all week > Fridays off. Plus if you are truly embracing WFH you basically have Fridays off anyway.

I'm a little bit opposite. I need to be in the office. I have two little hellion free-loaders at home(2 & 4 y/o) that are pretty aggressive about wanting to distract me from working. Other than that... wfh is great hah

My best days are office days...but I'm really really good at slacking and enjoying myself while working remote so I'm torn on this one too lol.

Honestly, the ability to use Slack effectively is a very underrated skill! Some people use it like twitter and it drives me insane

Ha, I was using "slack" in method of not doing any real work and procrastinating but yeah Slack is a great tool.

I like the option of going into the office if I need to or if I'm collabing with someone on a sale/project, but working from home is my all time! I have an 8mo old and that's why we have a *nanny*. Do yourself a favor and get one haha

My wife is a full-time momma to our boys. They will be going to school/daycare in the fall, so it won't be too much longer for some sense of freedom.

Makes total sense! So nice she can be home with the boys. I love being at home with mine, but since I do work full-time, it's invaluable to have someone watching him while I'm in meetings or on calls.

I’m spoiled but, both. I’m fully remote* and we get a random Friday off every month currently and we’ve shown neither really has any negative impact on performance so why not keep it up?

*remote as in not going in to office but I’m back to traveling for on-site customer meetings again

100% : 4 days a week. That's a 20% addition to my Outside Working hours. Going to office for a even all 4 days is a very small price to pay
P.S.: I currently work in a 100% remote company

I choose remote but it needs to be 100% remote. Not remote but you need to live on the same city as the office. If I could live anywhere/move around then I'd happily continue on the 5 day week.

After being fully remote for years, I'm not going back.   4 day work weeks sound nice, but I'm fine as is.

same. the only reason I would really care about 4 day weeks is if I had to go into the office. Being fully remote, if I don't want to work Friday I just don't. Or if I want to take off early and have an afternoon to myself I have that freedom too.

Being able to work from home 100% of the time allows you to build your schedule in a way that you could have some sort of a 4-day work week. Meaning, I can get my meetings out of the way Monday- Thursday and then just use Friday as an admin day and not do a whole lot. Just don't tell my boss that lol

I work fully remote and am able to "work from anywhere". So if we go on vacation, or I just don't want to deal with people more than four days a week, I just get everything done ahead of time and shut off on Fridays. I leave my cell on, but unless it's urgent, no one reaches out to me.

I went remote, like a lot of people did, due to Covid and I’m much more productive and my quality of life is way better.

sometimes I think it would be nice to be in an office again.

But the flexibility is just so nice. idk if I could ever go back to an office more than the all hands meetings we do in person now. (1x a quarter)

I like working 7 days a week, but very few hours each day. I know that sounds odd, but it helps me avoid burnout. *Oh, and remote.

fully remote. Gives me the flexibility to work when/how I want. I do appreciate that my company has an office local to me that I can go into every once and awhile when I need a break from the house.

Remote because I make my own schedule.  So I can take 4 day weeks if I want anyway.
