Wow! I'm Back :)

Oh my goodness. I didn't expect to be away from the WR for this long, but here I am.

I'm so far behind, but excited to dig in and see what I've missed. What DID I miss, BTW?


Since I've been away, I have changed companies/roles/verticals and more lol. I'm happy though, and looking forward to learning and gaining new experiences to share and talk about here.

Yeah - Shail said gift cards are coming back... but that was one of the greatest motivators for me because I would cash them to make some more challenges within my teams - I would award 10 - 15 USD gc to the best of the week, or the best call, etc.

I have the opportunity in my current role to sell into Government vs private sometimes and each time I hate it. nobody has any clue what they're doing and the sign-offs are enough to make you want to jump off a bridge. But the plus side that the government rarely has an incentive to negotiate since it isn't their money and the ACV goes way up
