How do you keep yourself from endlessly scrolling on social media instead of doing "actual work". I like to think I'm doing "research", but I know better.

My work day has flown by since I joined WR...

Specifically I schedule 45min to 1 hour increments of tasks and then give myself a 5-10 minute break for something that will re-energize me (walk, water, push-ups, cocaine, etc)
Scrolling takes place during those 5-10 minute breaks and at lunch.
I like this, just need discipline.
I tend to pre-send emails (time them) prior to the next day and tasks so then when the next day comes I can sit back and relax and scroll this.ย
I like making money. Work comes first. Then I reward myself with tiny breaks throughout the day.
