There's at least one profile that must get 2/week, because every week, there's the profile, top of the leaderboard with 200 points, and zero engagement otherwise. So I'm going to hazard a guess that you get 2/week on Monday morning.

They seem to re-up them for you every once in a while. Just be patient and you'll get more!
