Yes it the moment you have been waiting for. Also I want to know

Would  you rather go fully commission or base plus commission.

why?

I would rather go base plus commission. but if I really loved and believe in the product I might just swing to the commission side
Thoughts?

I’m moving into a 70/30 split role with a much larger % of the total comp as stock, compared to my current role of 50/50 and a low stock %. In the current economic climate I like the security of a higher base and equity, but things may change as the economy improves. I’ve previously benefited heavily from massively overachieving quota on 50/50 splits.

How do you all handle a situation where a prospect has a contract approved and is ready for signature, but one of their family members just passed away? Want to be extremely sensitive to the situation...feel there's never a "right" time to reach out and never want to be salesy...
