You sandbagging?

As my team and I face down the last 2 weeks of the quarter it's apparent that we NEED a few more wins to hit our number.

Normal Q3 blues? Maybe. But not an excuse.

Thankfully I'm very close and am not worried. But I will NOT be sandbagging into Q4.

2 weeks left in our FY. No sandbagging. Get that accelerator money.

End of FY you gotta try to hit those accelerators as best you can!

It's kind of the best option with all the headwinds heading into the end of the year.

I’m really well set for 2023. Not much to do with Q4.

Obviously I am still trying to close, but I am not discounting to bring it in this quarter now. I am focus on the FY number not the quarterly

Nope. Resigning at the end of Q3, will hit my number with 4-5 weeks to go and am planning to milk every accelerator dollar I can before my last day.

I've surpassed quota, hit accelerators, and still have something I could close. I'm not going to sandbag it. If it closes, great. If not, I don't feel the need to rush things.

Hitting quota early in the quarter has made life pretty peaceful.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against sand bagging and if I needed to, I'd do it shamelessly. However, it is nice to be able to breath at the end of Q3 and go into Q4 with 0 stress.

currently in Q1 for another month at my company. Aren't weird fiscal years the best?

A good plan makes it not worth it to sandbag. Why push to next quarter what I can get paid 2X on this quarter?
