Young aspiring sales reps

Been chatting with a bunch of jr sales people this week for a company that I am helping out in Norcal

My advice to these folks is stop interviewing

like robots

I realize the SDR/ BDR to AE model is broken

and the iPhone has made you all more introverted, and SaaS has dumbed it down to drone warfare, and tech execs have the governor on you

but bring it

and push it

Use ESP

Energy

Style

Personality

Remember you are the product in sales

be able to sell where you can from in life, how you got here, and where you want to go

and once you get the job if you arnt about to get fired at least once every qtr you ain’t doing your job
