Cold calling is hands down one of the hardest jobs out there and if you can master even a portion of this painful task you will find some sort of success in sales.
That being said we've all got some war stories. Whether it's calling a prospect who was recently deceased and still getting a meeting with that company (been there) or that awkward conversation with someone who was just fired (done that).
