Went from huge corp to startup. I genuinely feel like startups care more about you and your success. You aren't just a number to them.ย

Very interested to see what others say - this is potentially my path in a month or two. Good luck KnightKingORL

I think the jump is going to take you into a different realm - probably in a good way.

Startups are chaotic and you probably wear many hats but big name is going to be surely more organized and numbers oriented!

I personally am a startup guy. I like to dabble into different aspects of sales and make it work.

I've done both.
Startup: fun personable environment, pivots fast, things change all the time and you are wearing a lot of hats (pro OR con). Lots of flexibility to just GSD. Access to founders.

Big: better benefits and structure. Lots of process. Sometimes great training, tools etc. Sometimes overkill. More established path to revenue: you can tweak, but the recipe for success is already there. Slower pace of change.
Lots more politics
