Blurred for prospects, something funny/topical for internal.
I do the same, sometimes a funny one for prospects too when we're moving along and have the same sense of humour. I try and not use the same one more than once so people are actually looking forward to seeing what comes next.
I usually keep it blurred, however have a couple of photos of places saved as fun alternatives.
At first, I thought our company one was strange but now I realize that my house/office can be a disaster behind me and no one even knows/realizes!!!

My favorite ones are the modern office backgrounds. Currently using one that has these big windows overlooking some mountains
When speaking to prospects or higher management I usually put on the blurred on, HOWEVER there are days that I switch between The Office, Archer, and The Good Place backgrounds.
Get a shitty green screen off amazon and charge it to the game. Then turn the setting on and get rid of that blur shit that is never accurate enough - until you get a green screen. Completely levels you up on zoom.
