Our client is a leading software company that provides a diverse suite of products aimed at enhancing collaboration, productivity, and project management within organizations. Their product suite includes tools for project tracking, team communication, and software development. These products are designed to streamline workflow processes, improve team coordination, and facilitate seamless communication.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

At this role, you will:

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers (C-suite) to ensure success and maximize value from the platform throughout their lifecycle

- Collaborate with account managers to create joint success plans aligned with customers' business strategies and defined success metrics.

- Manage post-sales activities, utilizing strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and effective planning and execution

- Maintain a profound understanding of the product, addressing customers' specific requirements with the most relevant features/functionality

- Proactively engage customers to drive early and sustained product adoption, while identifying and mitigating risks to prevent churn.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry

- 4+ years as a CSM with Enterprise experience

- A CSM with enterprise experience within the enterprise software industry.
