Our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager to collaborate with their mid-market and enterprise customers to adopt our client's suite of AI tools. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, marketing and data teams to drive the adoption and value of our client's product suite.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience with AI is a bonus

- Have 5+ years of experience as a CSM or similar role

- Demonstrated excellence managing customer relationships and vendor relationships on a global scale

- Proven track record of distilling data and taking a quick but thorough approach to address customer concerns

- Keen ability to identify trends and execute strategies to boost customer engagement and retention

In this role, you will:

- Partner effectively with diverse customer accounts for consistent, high-quality engagement across industries and sizes.

- Conduct targeted consultations to identify key customer needs, tailor solutions, and drive adoption, maturity, and growth.

- Develop scalable enablement programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve success methodologies.
