Qualification:
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. This includes setting and achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with customers, team members, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and preferences is crucial for identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions. The Head of Sales should be customer-centric and focused on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams to achieve their full potential. This includes providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them succeed.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive overall business success.
- Familiarity with the design, software development, or technology industry is beneficial for understanding the market landscape, competition, and customer needs.

In this Role, you will:
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our client's business goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and establishing tactics for achieving them.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas and performance targets.
- Establish clear sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Monitor performance against these metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to drive results.
- Take ownership of the company's revenue growth targets and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities. This includes identifying new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and optimizing sales processes.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance. Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate sales performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer success, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales-related initiatives.
- Implement best practices, processes, and tools to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the sales organization's performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Present their products and services to potential clients and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
