Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with sales development or demand generation
- Leadership experience in technology space, big tech or startup
- 6 years experience with Platform-as-a-service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building annual plans and go-to-market plans
- Interest in training and mentoring individuals on your team
- Deploy tools and technology to remove obstacles
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills
In this role, you will:
- Lead team of sales development leads and program managers
- Grow qualified sales opportunities and pipeline
- Lead sales development annual planning and GTM
- Partner effectively with stakeholders globally and regionally.
