I'm curious, is your company getting hit by the economic downturn? What's everyone experiencing? We had a sh*t October, November, good December, now January (normally our best month) is not looking so hot...

I did about a year ago that specialized in advertising for real estate agents. I was working there through the pandemic and saw a significant contraction.

I dont have any silver bullet advice other than lead with empathy. These business owners are scared, and showing them you understand that is probably the only thing you can really do

I’m in the same boat! I work at an agency. October was solid, but Nov, Dec and now Jan has been slow.

We made some adjustments to our offering and how we’re pricing to offset some of what we are seeing.

Scrapped out a decent December and we’re looking good for January surprisingly. I doubt we’d be where we are at without the adjustments we made though.
