Close or Hubspot or Pipedrive

I reckon it can be a subjective one but let's only consider the main CRM functionalities like pipeline mgmt, automation (email sequence, meeting scheduling, etc.) and reporting.

I used close a lot. I took SF, which I also used, out on purpose as it's probably a more complex one ideal for big corps.

I'm curious to know your opinions

Among all, SF is the one I used the most but its usability is still far from the ones I mentioned above 👆

I used close and pipedrive in the past - those were my days at low budget companies on the low low of SMB

really liked pipedrive but never did anything with it other than an internal notepad. never touched their marketing stuff, it was useless

I use SF... because I work for a big complex company.

SF sucks at prospecting automation though. For that I prefer to invest in a prospecting-specific system, such as SalesLoft or Outreach.

I also used SF but I’m gladly willing to change to a more “user friendly “ tool

Eh, the user friendliness of SF is entirely dependent on your company's implementation. I have had both great and terrible SF experiences.

I'm on salesforce and miss staring at hubpots detailed activity view - simply gorgeous, without clicks and scrolling

I've only used Hubspot for like 2 or 3 days and the rest of my sales career I've used salesforce and outreach, and I love them both for what they do.
