This is sadly very common whether intentional or not. I interviewed at Insight Global right after college and everyone in their office was white and looked like J Crew Models.

Going to sound shallow but Im a dude (good looking) and they reached out. That said from what Iโ€™ve seen, their reps arenโ€™t very attractive.

On another note it looks like theyโ€™re going wild with hiring and Iโ€™ve seen some awful reviews.

2 cents here, my old manager worked for deel. Just saying things don't align with your statement here haha.

But one thing about Deel and many other remote first companies I don't like, they use remote as the sticking point but can often justify lazy internal practices. So a bit hit and miss tbh
