Q3 was poop for me.
I was the top performer in Q2. Q3 kicked my butt. I psyched myself out with trying my best to stay at the top and had some personal stuff going on. But I feel like I'm just making excuses for myself. (I be so hard on myself).
Q4 I feel motivated. Putting in work to make sure output is there, exceeding metrics, and getting to these DMs... hoping things start looking up.

Came out of the gates MOVING in July and August. 82% to goal as of August 31. September 30 ended 92% to goal. I'm the top performer for the last 4 quarters..but damn if September didn't make me question some things.
