Hopefully no one remembers me, since that would mean a bunch of new ppl have joined since I last posted! BUT I've felt the call to come back to the War Room!
For context last year I rejoined a company i was at prior, but this time came back as the head of sales, heres how it went:
- finished 2023 closing more deals than any year prior (the team is like 5 years old)
- created and fine-tuned a sales process that can be replicated and worked through all the stupid internal shit to make it happen. (why do we need 1000 approvals on everything my god!)
- helped create a new services offering to go with our leading product, and landed our first customer (also created a pipeline for this year for this offering)
- Stole our biggest competitors TWO biggest customers
- Partnered with the Customer Success team to stop the bleeding on our existing customer base (lots to explore here)
- Got a raise going into 2024
- Had the best W2 in 2023 (thanks to a good sales year and some solid stock options when leaving the other company.
Excited to engage with this group of savages again!
