As a sales leader, the owner of a company I worked for went rogue and signed the team up for Cardone U because he loves the toxic bro approach. Itโ€™s as toxic as you might imagine and none of us, myself included, participated. The owner was upset but I didnโ€™t care. I advocated for the team and told him he needed to let me decide their needs & address them appropriately. I was 3 months into the job. What a way to start.
