Record profits, almost every rep at or above quota due to insane spike in demand, CEO gets 25%+ raise and reps donโ€™t get their full annual bonus amount because โ€œeveryone exceeded so we had to distribute bonuses by stack rankingโ€.
Iโ€™m sorry, I though I was evaluated off of MY goals and quotas not how well Jim and Jill did.
