What does Linkedin's Sales Navigator do with the high subscription fee they receive from the users?

Do you also think Sales Navigator's (searching tool esp) is a lazy tool, there aren't a lot of developments, improvements, it's the same as always, it is not very smart, it is not helping and where is the customer service hey?

I think it’s a great tool when paired with a solid tech stack. Example: Seamless + LI SalesNav is an incredible bulk contact discovery combo.

I haven't used it in over a year so I'm sure new features have been added. If you've never used it they usually offer a free month. Try it.

My company just cancelled their sales nav license because it was so expensive and you're really just getting inmails. For recruiting agencies and I guess recruiting in general it makes sense.

I assume they put it all in a big vault then swim around in it like Scrooge McDuck. Because that money definitely isn't being used to improve the platform.

I do believe LI Nav's search and filter's aren't as robust as they could be and the sluggish feel of the search and lists doesn't do much to help. I still find value in digging a few ideal profiled persons but I'm sure it's highly overpriced for it's effectiveness. I'll be part of my organizations decision making to move forward with the tool/cost as we look at outreach and response (and actual use form them lazy AEs) at the end of q2 using q1's data. I'm very curious to see what we see.

Value < investment. Uber expensive for what they offer. They don't even have to invest in updating data, people do it on their own for them. Have way more potential imo
