Pros
The product is top-notch in the market, therefore beating the competition is fairly easy. Also, leadership is very involved and is always willing to help you. Great culture and people all around. Ofice is pretty neat too.
Cons
The inbound opportunity is very low. Most opps have to be made outbound, and even then, if you are not on the inbound team you get none of the demo requests. Even when said the inbound team has the same quota as you.
