Disgusting and toxic work environment. Leadership is lacklustre and has no direction or knowledge on how to grow a company. 9 months of this year, they didn't to bill existing and new customers and then blamed it on the sales team. The Director of Sales was fired because they weren't a yes person or ex-stripe/looker. The company fronts like they are doing well but investors and prospective employees get fabricated stories of growth/transparency that are far from the truth. No work-life balance, if you have a family or social life expect to be treated like shit. If you have a fluid mindset, run and don't look back. If you like sexist and backward thinking like no diversity in people's backgrounds. Product engineers are treated better than any department but it comes at a cost of being on call 24/7.
Cons
No worklife balance, sexist, lack of diversity, running out of money so they make up new rules based on what is convenient for company example, certain benefits were offered upon signing and suddenly new rules were in place to take them away without any announcement, quite literally only affecting certain people rather than whole company.
