Great team of salespeople, very large breadth of products and services, very large network.
Cons
Nothing could get done here. 2 weeks to get a proposal generated. a week to process a signed contract, sometimes moving revenue into next month. Too many people with a 'not my job' mentality. Very siloed support teams. Leaders don't help remove obstacles only push for more, more, more sales. Customers hate Lumen and buy when they have to.
About the culture
Leaders are pushed to perform irrespective of the lack of support inside the company to get things done. Executive leadership pushes 'new direction' every few years with a flush-and-refresh strategy of sales leaders as a way to mask poor execution.
Advice for New Reps
Solid pay. but set up a savings plan to supplement your low commission months when contracts push out until the next month.
