Pros
Fantastic work culture and mid-management Great attitude of team, colleagues, and managers Training is believed in highly People often have a sense of humor and are laid back Plenty of diversity and inclusion Ability to shut off at the end of the day East coast hours let you off with plenty of sunlight Office seems really cool
Cons
Growth in industry seems relatively stagnant Niche product with aggressive scaling tactics isn't working Very hard to hit quota – only 15% of SDRs hit their number H2 of 2021 Heavily dependent on territory and timing Potential for upward mobility but every SDR that has gotten there has actually left. This is because they don't support their internal hires as much as external hires. Ex: Don't get put on Round Robin until 200k ARR closed which is difficult as a first-time AE. Approximately 90% of top performing SDRs leave because promotions are not given as promised. Average contract value is ~$11k which doesn't give enough room for growth towards a higher-paying market size
About the culture
Uplifting, positive, supportive, honest, development oriented. Super good culture that I would and have recommended to people. It's just not a company that's growing fast enough to offer upward mobility.
