Cons
compensation is low and the way they determine quotas is not a good system, eventually the highest performing reps have the hardest to hit quotas. Raises are very hard to come by and promotion paths aren’t clear. You can be too 10% of the org and they’ll make excuses about experience for not providing raises. Slow to adapt to market changes, no longer a competitive offer
