Working here was a grind, no real processes, but I've always been entrepreneurial and my colleagues were great. So it was fine. I started as an SDR in March 2021 and by month 3 I was also playing the AE role. Which was good for experience but my raise/ official title didn't come until November 2021 because I was still technically an SDR.. So that was unfair. Late March 2022, my SDR colleague and I were let go unexpectedly 2 days before pay day and commission payout because of the "war in Russia" and funds were getting frozen. My founders we're Russian with investor ties there so it made sense then.. But still. I was told by the CEO I would get paid for the the work I did once they put together the funds. It's December 2022 and I keep being told I will get paid when they have the money and If I want to go ahead and sue that I should or wait.. What's more disappointing is that there were team members that stayed with the company for a couple of months longer and got paid fairly when they quit on their own. Only another SDR was let go a month or so after I did. So I'm sure they had/have the funds. I'm still not sure what to do.

Lack of transparency and straight up lies. The product also did not work as it should have.
