Tough to maximize comp plan because of lack of brand recognition among prospects accounts. Easy to grow/expand existing accounts but very hard to get new logos
About the culture
Great people but not strong leadership. Upper management have been in the company for long time which doesn’t allow for new / fresh ideas.
Advice for New Reps
If you come into a territory with existing customers, you can make ok $$ but company pays below market.
