Pros
There is a need for what we sell in the market. We are a leader in the space. You get to work with some really smart people with cool backgrounds. Office is a fun environment in a post-covid world.
Cons
The departments don't know how to work together making our internal processes a nightmare. We don't have many differentiators when it comes to our competitors which makes selling a lot more difficult. People will intentionally ignore your emails/messages until you get management involved. Our backend teams are very overworked because we don't have enough people.
About the culture
Toxic work culture. Management does not make you feel valued and reminds you constantly that you are just a number. Managers play favorites and don't even try and hide it.

Wait until the office opens back up to work here.
