  • Pros

    - Usually achievable targets - Very good WFH - Solid benefits - Decent product

  • Cons

    - Bad leadership - Low pay for new hires - Immature culture

  • About the culture

Zillow used to be the best place I ever worked. Now it's the worst. It feels like I'm in kindergarden.

  • Advice for New Reps

If you want to succeed and hit numbers, you should probably do the opposite of what they tell you in training. Don't ever be negative. If someone in leadership makes you feel like they are open to criticism, don't believe them - it's a trap. Not always malicious, but a trap nonetheless.
