Depends - if I feel horrible working there, can't meet your target, can't take the shit from my manager. If yes - I'd leave. But if have good sales history, I enjoy my work, have great pipeline I would still give me one chance because there is growth opp as well

Came to say this. If you're still doing ok, what others did is a data point, and not a reason to go.
Nothing wrong with setting feelers out into the market to see if there's anything nice out there to jump on, but unless your situation isn't great, there's no rush.
