antiASKHOLE closed a deal for $3.1k to the Ownership department

This deal took a few weeks of chasing the guy down. Got him on my side initially, but then he wanted a few recommendations and wanted to connect with a couple of other clients of ours. Passed the test on those, then baulked at the price and I had to back him down from that ledge too. Finally got it today through text for him to send me the agreement.
