antiASKHOLE closed a deal for $2.8k to the Ownership department

This was an OCC I had for an upsell. I actually tried to take it away for the time being and they just told me to send them the contract at the end of the call. Got it signed while on the phone. I still have more opportunity with another one of their locations to follow up on as well.
