This one was a one call close. Spent about 90 minutes on the phone with the guy mainly just shooting the shit about future plans and camping. Super chill guy. Signed the agreement while on the phone and then we talked for another 30 minutes after about life things that matter. Probably the best call I have had in about 4-5 months.
