antiASKHOLE closed a deal for $6.1k to the Ownership department

This was a rather quick conversation. One of my clients sold their property and the new owner was wanting to cancel our services when taking over. I had the old owner be a champion on this which led to the new guy finally answering my phone call.

This conversation not only lead to saving the property, but also lead me to having an OCC on his other property for the same service.

Damn, you just gotta love a good champion.
