So my company is based on the top percentage for your role, the crazy thing is everyone is struggling so you don't need to blow out your number that much to get prez club.

Unfortunately, we donโt have president club! Even if we had things are so rough not sure if any had would have made it.

CEO put calendar invite on everybodyโs calendars called โpresidents clubโ and then a few days removed it and was never spoke of again. SHADDDDDYYY.
Number wise will make it, company wise too shady to have one and take care of top reps. Itโs a shame.

I am currently in the top 15 of 600+ salespeople. I'd really need to fuck up to not make it since fiscal year ends in Nov.
Iโm pacing to get it again for the second straight year, nothing is ever certain though
