New sales person started during SKO and had 2 MASSIVE fails.
1) Company was small so reps were sharing rooms. Person got wasted, stumbled into their room and proceeded to pee in the corner.
2) Same person emails a number of directors and other senior leaders soliciting a threesome.

Our company booked a very party-centric bar until 3am and the bartenders were essentially forcing tequila shots on everyone. An SDR with little man syndrome, and absolutely shitfaced, got in a full on fist fight with our CRO.

One of the top managers in our district flipped a company truck, while he was drunk af, and had TWO "ladies of the night" in the truck with him. Still works there too, as his numbers were superb. Just got a slap on the wrist and then it was all swept under the rug.

Virtual SKO, guy was camera on & asleep for about 45 minutes. He was PIP'd and fired 6 weeks later.
This was MKO, dude got so drunk he passed out in his car in parking lot - showed up late the next morning in the same clothes/smelling like booze.
He got fired the next day after an incident in his hotel involving him urinating in front of a camera (in the lobby).

Sales Kick Off
We had a junior guy present his plan, and it was just 50% of quota. I asked about a deal that I passed off to him and he already botched it. We cancelled the next day of SKO and he was fired. I feel bad for him, but you can’t come into these things saying that you are going to miss that badly in Q1.
Our sales team consists of both inbound and outbound reps. One of our outbound guys got hammered at our last night dinner and proceeded to tell one of the other girls at his table how much of a joke he thought the inbound team was. He went on to say that we shouldn't even have an inbound team & that they should all be fired for missing quota. What he didn't know is that the girl he was talking to was the head of our inbound department.
The best part is, we looked at his numbers the next day & he had been with the company for 11 months and had only brought in one deal. Our other outbound reps bring on about 2-3 deals/ month.
Needless to say, buddy was put on PIP & let go shortly after.
