As a salesperson, we have one too many duties: make sure the company is alive, make sure our managers are aware, make sure our customers are happy, make sure our customer success team is out of our sight and many more. All in all, a salesperson’s call of duty can come in multiple forms - one of which is the War Room.
Call of Duty is a household name, we are sure. And there were some great characters that rose to fame because of the commitment and grit they showcased. Drawing parallels between those characters of the game and the war room, we would like to put the spotlight on our contenders for the Medal of Honor - Call of Duty edition.
As always, we have three major categories: Top commission points, top quality and top new joiner. We'll be using the term “wins” synonymously with “commission points”. On Tuesday, we will declare the 3 medals of honour winners, from each of the categories.

Top Wins (Top Commission Points Winner):
General Shepherd: @CuriousFox is our very own General Shepherd of the war room. The war room doesn’t love Foxy despite her sarcasm and wit, but loves her because of it! Just the way General Shepherd was adored in COD. We took into account 5 days of war room activity, and Foxy did something unbelievable - they're at an unbelievable 483 wins already! Seems like the other contenders would really have to buckle up now.
Victor Reznov: IN COD, Victor was the most selfless and hard-working character. Victor always acted in the best interests of others. @Sunbunny31 is no less than Victor in the War room. She has been selflessly giving away valuable lessons to the fellow members and working tirelessly to make sure almost all dilemmas shared here are addressed. Bunny is at 473 wins for the week so far - not too far away from Foxy.
Captain “Soap” MacTavish: Arguably the best character in all of COD, all editions. There are no wild card entries in this category. Popularly known as “Soap”, Captain MacTavish was a part of all the COD editions and was thoroughly engaged in each and every war. Just like @jefe around here who spends consistent time contributing to the war room and giving away good quality content as well. They now have 429 points for the week.
Alex Mason: Alex was an interesting character. He had a lot of lessons to give away to the juniors, and also carried a legacy with himself that he was so very proud of. Just like that, we have our very own Alex in @oldcloser . They have always been patient with the juniors and their whims and fancies, shared the secret of their legacy with others and of course have a lot of knowledge within them. They are currently at 367 wins for the week.

Top New Joiner:
Frank Woods: @Sharpenthesaw120 is like Frank Woods in certain aspects of how they recently just joined the game, but have been making sure they support the right causes in the war room, they voice out their opinions loud and clear and they engage with the Captains around! They are leading the race for the top new joiner.
Ronald Daniels: A popular character that emerged in the later part of COD, Ronald gained popularity quite easily and quite quickly, just like @bizzy did this week. They entered the war room with a bang just this month and are already in the good books of the captains and the sergeants! They are second in the new joiners category.
Farah Karim: They entered COD very recently (only in 2019) just like @birdski . But Farah’s curiosity and an open mindset made her character the most celebrated and loved. Birdski too began their journey around here by asking how they can expand their knowledge base by learning new and more courses. They are now third in the category.

Top Quality:
All captains row!
Captain “Soap” MacTavish: As we are aware by now, Captain “Soap” MacTavish is the greatest character in all of COD. There are no wild card entries in this category. You either consistently give it your all, or you don’t. No middle grounds. @jefe owns this character really well, not just in terms of their ranking but also the quality of the content.
Ghost: “Be careful who you trust, Sergeant” was a famous quote by Ghost. The wise, alert and always well-informed, Ghost was an all-time favourite for all gamers. That’s @HVACexpert for you in the war room. Always on top of their game, they have been one of the few users who’s always well informed of what’s happening in and around the sales universe.
Alex Mason: Alex has already been introduced in the top wins category, and they don’t need to be introduced twice! @oldcloser is not only a popular character around here but also a beloved character. They have always been patient with the juniors and their whims and fancies, shared the secret of their legacy with others and of course have a lot of knowledge within them.
Captain John Price: “Never show fear” was the motto of John. It also seems to be the motto of @pirate around here. As their username suggests, they are not the ones to ever have shown fear no matter what day of the quarter it is! They have been quite active in the recent few months trying to help out fellow sales folks in excelling and being at the top of their game!
COD was and is an interesting game. But the fate of our winners need not end the way it did in COD.
This is the time to rewrite the most popular game - and its end.
