After a lot of back and forth with my client, I closed an account executive in the SaaS legal tech sector for a client of mine! The client has changed their compensation range, benefits, hiring dates and workplace location (WFH/Hybrid) almost a dozen times in the last 6 months making my life super tricky (to say the least)... However, I finally found a perfect candidate who was looking to get into a SaaS company with upside and was being undervalued at her current place of employment. After a little back and forth on base salary, both parties agreed and signed off. Phew, nice to get a win to start the year!
