This was a long-standing account that kept going on and on about discounts - without proof of having more volumes to give us.

Brought my manager in to appear serious and they spilled the beans. There is more volume to come in on ramp-ups but a good 50k USD (40k GBP) isn't a small win at all. It's all import shipments which we value highly.

The industry is struggling at the moment but that's keeping me afloat for a bit!
