Flex?

Checked out Flex. I'm more interested in the Flex-Expert side of things, but I still went through the registration process, mostly out of curiosity and to educate myself to see if its worth passing on to a few people.



It didn't connect me with anything. Of course when I click on the Jobs tab on the left, I see some positions, but via my own registration I received the message below.



I'm wondering if others are seeing the same? Or did it simply not match up well with me?

Also, and perhaps this is a @Gasty question, how do I tap into the Flex-Expert side?

I got a match, then it just gave me a link to schedule an interview, then on Sunday the recruiter messaged me and said we just filled this position on Friday and canceled the interview.

I am suspecting you simply haven't gotten a match yet with a company for Flex expert. On the jobs tab, you'd see the Flex IC roles. But let me confirm this once and get back.

This is what I figured. I've used another platform that did the matching. Sometimes I'd have 5, sometimes 0.

@Pachacuti : atm, anyone who applies via flex (goes through new flex onboarding) joins the pool of flex candidates. If candidate is a sales leader, that’d strongly influence if you get a match for a sales expert role.

In the next phase of onboarding, you’d directly get an ability to apply for a flex leader position from within the tool.
