How much outbounding do you do as an AE?

I'm curious to hear from the group how much outbounding do you do in your day-to-day as an AE.

Not much; I'm blessed with being busy.   That said, I do warm outreach to contacts in the industry because it beats the administrative work I also need to do, and it keeps me front of mind with those folks when they have a suitable project.

0… the whole SDR team of 8 reps (who do this all day every day- as a full time job) cumulatively got our sales team 1 closed opportunity for 40k total last year.
Why would I do (part time) ontop
Of my current selling on something that a team of 8 can not do successfully in a full year.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Doing a lot myself for a couple of reasons. In a startup environment with an SDR team that’s ramping so they’re still getting to their full capacity.
Also doing my own because sourcing my own opps from quality companies will help get past quota much quicker
