HVACexpert closed a deal for $105k to the apartment complex department

after pricing up multiple times, over the past 8 months finally got this one sold. (350) energy dampers. what is an energy damper you say? well in your house you might have a bathroom fan. But you cant use those in large, tall apartment complexes. They use energy dampers in the bathroom with air-flow regulators that all exhaust to a common exhaust outlet with pressure controlled fans. This one has been a pain in the but, and will continue to be (of course they waited until the last minute and now they need equipment right away /eyeroll). But PO is in, so here we go!
