I’m no track star, F your hurdles

I'm pushing a 1.2M deal through by EOQ... in 13 business days. Unfortunately, I have to roll the discounts through my boss who is so incredibly insane that I almost don't even care about the revenue at this point. I can't outline the cost in the quoting system we have and pay for because it needs to be in a spreadsheet in a very particular way. This spreadsheet is not available to me and it needs to be shared by the doc owner, who is my boss. 

Never mind the fact that I have the prospects order form, know exactly what their budget is, negotiated the full multi year PIF up front, and they are ready push this into their legal as soon as I provide the updated order form. 

"I'll get that over to you in a second". I've been dicking around for 52 minutes now waiting for this spreadsheet to magically be released to me.
