Linkedin SuperBowl Posts

Is anyone else pleasently surprised by the small amount of LinkedIn posts talking about the Super Bowl and perseverance?

Last year I remember there being tons of them. This year, I have hardly seen any at all.

Fingers crossed that it will stay this way and not ramp up when the PST folk start their days.

I think you're right and I think a big part of it is Brady not being in it or winning it. He is the god of THE GRIND and that seems to resonate with the LinkedIn influencer crowd.

This makes me think we are gonna see Cooper Kupp stuff on LinkedIn. Just a picture of him, his “snubs” and then something like “success isn’t earned it’s rented and rent is due every day!” And that will get like 90000 comments.

You know I never even thought about Brady. Lol But that does make so much sense.

Well if you ask me the biggest lesson this year is not perseverance...

It's if your team sucks, leave for a better team 😂

If that's not the definition of sales I really don't know what is. I really need to see a post like this on LinkedIn. Ha ha ha

Just search for Stafford. Not as many since he's not a household name like Brady but some recruiters were watching.

And then the team that he left still supported him. #leaveongoodterms you make more money that way haha

I saw a few today but were all due to the industry I am in. Many of the posts came from the contractors working for the carriers (TMO, Verizon, att) and the carriers themselves talking about the DAS systems they had been installing for the last 12 months at SoFi stadium and congratulations themselves for the coverage available in the stadium during the game. Basically a bunch of patting themselves on the back.

I can get behind posts like that. They are proud of the work they have done and it's a good way to get some extra PR. And most importantly it is relevant to a project that took months to complete. Not just using a someone who won the super bowl and putting out some generic advice.

Yea, I did not get a chance to walk sofi with the contractors I worked with but have been able to get on a few rooftop sites with them as they have been building out sites and they should all be proud of what they do. Downside of the buildout in stadiums is that we have to watch Jackson Mahomes do stupid TikTok videos
