Pleased with my additional role as a retention warrior where your soft skills make the difference in addition to showing empathy to the customers, with keeping my main existing closer role too.
Had a chance to save around 40 customers in the first couple of days in addition to 47 new activations for a total of 87 deals combined.
So far so good, however just gotta keep my mind ready with the 2 scripts all the way as many times both of the call types land randomly as a mix without having a specific time for each one of em!
