Added a box here so far in addition to a confirmed three ones from the last 29th that made a total of 4.
Despite being happy with my new retention role it made it more challenging for me when pitching a second box at the end of a call you've barely saved unlike in a sales call, eventually you don't need to sound pushy for customers who just accepted your offer to go for selling them again, that might not sound the best impression you wanna let them receive, so if I need to give it a shot it has to be very briefed after asking if they have time to hear more updates or more listening options we do provide.
